围绕精密金属切削加工的完整产品矩阵 — 从通用刀具到非标定制，从刃口重磨到热处理服务，为客户提供端到端的精密制造解决方案。
采用一线品质高速钢制造，耐磨性强、韧性好。规格覆盖 φ0.2–φ30，提供直柄、定柄、加长及短型系列。粉末冶金高速钢版本寿命较普通 HSS 提升 1.5–3 倍，适用于不锈钢、合金钢、调质钢等难加工材料。
五轴磨床一次成型，刃口锋利、跳动小。2/3/4 刃可选，螺旋角优化，适合平面、侧面、槽铣及轮廓精加工。高精度球头 R0.5–R10，适合模具曲面、型腔与复杂三维精加工。
按客户图纸或样品定制，承接复合钻、阶梯钻、成型铣刀、特殊几何刀具。48 小时内出工艺评估与报价，支持小批量打样与试切验证。涵盖 HSS、粉末高速钢、整体硬质合金多种材质。 Custom-made per customer drawings or samples, including composite drills, step drills, form milling cutters, and special geometry tools. Within 48 hours for process evaluation and quotation, supporting small-batch prototyping and trial cutting. Available in HSS, PM-HSS, and solid carbide materials.
